I understand and agree that all entries will become property of The Friends of Pinery Park and that they may reproduce an entry for display, website usage and/or publication. Photos will not be returned. The Friends of Pinery Park are not required to credit the name of the participant in the event the photo is used in a publication, display or on their website. The use of a photo in a publication may include, but is not limited to, publications that may be published for sale (i.e. Postcards). The Friends of Pinery Park are not required to compensate or reward individuals for the use of their photos.
